We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Cryptographic Researcher to join our team at Ripple. As a key member of our cryptography team, you will be responsible for analyzing academic whitepapers, researching and implementing elements of cryptographic systems, and validating results with rigorous proofs.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in cryptography, excellent knowledge of number-theoretical problems related to asymmetric cryptography, hash functions, commitments, and digital signatures. They will also have experience in one or more programming languages such as Scala, Rust, C++, or Python.

As a Senior Cryptographic Researcher, you will work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement cryptographic solutions. You will also be responsible for presenting Ripple research to the community through active participation in standards bodies, academic conferences, and social media.
