Introduction

We are pleased to offer a Graduate Behaviour Mentor position at Academics Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable students aged 4-19.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to SEMH needs, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues. Your dedication and commitment to building strong relationships with students will be essential in identifying their risks and needs, escalating where necessary.

Responsibilities
  • To provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them overcome challenges and develop coping strategies
  • To establish positive relationships with students, promoting trust and understanding
  • To contribute to the development of individualised support plans, ensuring tailored interventions
Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • A caring and compassionate approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and understanding
  • An awareness of mental health and its impact on individuals
Salary and Benefits

This role comes with an estimated salary of £85-£110 per day, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, term time only. As part of our commitment to staff development, we offer excellent on-site training, support, and CPD.
