Job Title: Courier/Multi Drop Delivery Driver

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Stockton-on-Tees

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturday)

Term: Indefinite, Full Time, 5 days per week

Earnings: £750-£900 per week (~£40,000 per annum)

Experience: Must have a minimum of 6-months recent Parcel Multi Drop Delivery experience

Overview:

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent work environment, requiring minimal supervision. A positive attitude, exceptional organisational skills, and reliability are paramount. As a delivery driver, you will utilise a company van, along with a scanner to efficiently deliver and collect parcels. Daily, you'll maintain clear communication with both depot management and customers, providing updates on the progress of deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, inspect, secure, and deliver parcels, ensuring a seamless and prompt, reliable delivery experience to customers.
  • Utilise an optimised planned route to efficiently complete deliveries.

  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements:

  • Must live a maximum of 30-minutes commute to Stockton-on-Tees.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence with a maximum of 6-points (There are exclusions for some codes)
  • Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK as we do not provide foreign sponsorship
  • Have a minimum of 6-months parcel multi-drop experience.
  • Have experience of using a hand-held scanner.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of the local area.
  • Be capable and comfortable driving a van of transit size or LWB.
  • Has a positive attitude, consistently reliable, and maintains professionalism.
  • Punctual and dependable are crucial attributes as they are essential for meeting delivery schedules.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday.
  • All candidates must pass our vetting process which includes a criminal records/disclosure check.
