Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, capital construction projects in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in the built environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping, planning, and delivering projects on behalf of our client, a local government organisation. They will apply their technical expertise to ensure timely delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain governance throughout the project lifecycle.

This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience for a motivated individual who can work effectively in a hybrid environment. The position is based in Bristol, with regular attendance on site required due to the construction-focused nature of the work.

Salary: £550 per annum

Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and represent the organisation's interests.
  • Establish and maintain governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage risks and opportunities to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain key project controls using project management software.
