Job Overview

Pinnacle Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Total FM team at the University of Hertfordshire. As part of a small on-site maintenance team, you will undertake a wide range of general repairs, planned and reactive maintenance within a student residential accommodation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
