Job Summary

Keeler Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and ensure approvals are in place.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Support with purchase ledger and purchase ledger.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and track accounts-related issues.
  • Handle staff expenses and assist with telephone reception cover.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and use initiative to solve problems.

Salary and Benefits
