Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior structural engineer to join our team at Arup, a global leader in engineering and consulting. As a senior structural engineer, you will play a key role in delivering a diverse range of projects within our major client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical guidance on projects within our Energy Water and Resources engineering team
  • Design of water carrying structural elements of hydro power stations
  • Application of Eurocodes and British Standards
  • Review of drawings and interrogation of 3D modeling of civil engineering projects

Requirements:

  • MEng or MSc level in Civil Engineering or related subject
  • Chartered Civil Engineer, Chartered Structural Engineer, or working towards this status
  • Relevant experience in the technical design of civil structural elements
  • Proficiency in structural design software for finite element analysis of concrete structures
