We are looking for a highly skilled Housing Implementation Expert to join our Housing Implementation Support team at NEC Software Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading software provider, delivering exceptional consultancy and support services to customers.

Job Description:

  • Lead the implementation process, guiding customers through the successful deployment of the NEC Housing system, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, empowering customers to maximize the benefits of the NEC Housing system, and offering expert advice on data migration and optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions for customer interfacing and integration requirements, leveraging your technical expertise to create customized dataloads and integrate third-party systems.
  • Provide critical support during high-pressure year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dataloads, extracts, and notifications, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting software systems, with a strong understanding of data migration, optimization, and customization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, Oracle databases, and related technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and detail-focused, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
