Job Overview

The McCabe & Barton Financial Services client is seeking an experienced Director of Digital Transformation to lead the adoption of Agile & DevOps methodologies, driving business efficiencies and improving test & release cycles.

This role focuses on enhancing production stability, ensuring speedy resolution from incidents, and leveraging Automation and GenAI offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation of technology operations and experience leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business efficiency through Agile & DevOps methodologies
  • Lead and maintain high-standard Agile, Testing, and Release Management Teams
  • Utilize Automation / GenAI offerings to drive business efficiencies
  • Create engaging analysis reports and recommendations for technologies used in Agile, Testing, and Release Management

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in fast-paced environments, with Financial Services experience beneficial
  • Exceptional leadership skills, ability to influence cross-functional leaders
  • A team-builder and team player, able to work in a highly collaborative setting

Compensation: £125,000 (negotiable) + strong bonus, pension, and car allowance.
