Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team at Sure Staffing. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for executing impactful external and internal communications to support business objectives.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented communicator to take on a challenging role that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent writing skills. You will be working closely with our Regional Directors to stay informed on key development milestones and develop effective PR plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend quarterly meetings with Regional Directors to stay informed on key development milestones for PR planning.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the PR agency, coordinating regular calls, PR schedules, and bi-monthly marketing/communications meetings.
  • Brief the PR agency on communications campaigns, sales launches, and events.
  • Provide the PR agency with necessary information for press releases, including sales brochures, design and access statements, and internal discussions.
  • Oversee the drafting and editing of press releases, ensuring approval from relevant colleagues, stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Draft quotes for press opportunities, partner press releases, and journalist requests.
  • Support project teams during press events and broadcast opportunities.
  • Maintain the PR coverage database.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in public relations, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to demonstrate a keen understanding of branding and how to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
