Engineering Manager Opportunity

Are you a seasoned Engineering Manager looking to lead a high-performing team in the Semiconductor industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a market leader in East Sussex.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of up to 70 people and driving the development of cutting-edge technology and products. You will work closely with the General Manager to create project proposals and present them to customers.

The role involves providing technical leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, directing resource allocation for projects, and managing project schedules and budgets. If you have a background in electronic product and system design, or are trained in another discipline with solid experience in electronic product and system design, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
