Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Director to lead our Rooms Division team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This strategic leadership role requires a passionate hospitality professional with outstanding organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Concierge departments, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment that promotes professional development.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize room revenue through effective inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of rooms division staff, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals for continuous improvement.
  • Uphold and enforce quality standards in rooms division operations, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with brand standards.

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving operational excellence.

  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, inventory control, and pricing strategy.
