Valuation Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Valuation Analyst to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a Valuation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed inquiries into the local property market, researching and analysing comparable transactions, and preparing valuation reports for clients in accordance with Red Book valuation guidance.

• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
• Prepare valuation reports for clients, including detailed analysis and recommendations
• Respond to vendor queries, maintaining accurate records of all communication
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

• Post-qualification experience in a public or private sector valuation and property-related sector
• Relevant property-related statutes and professional standards, including Landlord and Tenant Acts, Law of Property Acts, and RICS and International valuation standards
• Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint
• Driving licence and use of a car is essential
