We are seeking an experienced Barback to join our team at High Road House in West London. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bartending teams in the smooth running of the bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the bar is stocked with spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed throughout the shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers, and other bartending tools.
  • Support the bartending teams in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and working efficiently to meet customer demands.
  • Develop a genuine passion for food and beverage, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential).

  • A sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts when required.
