Key Account Business Development Executive

Williams Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team in the North of England. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers.
About the Role:
- Predominantly account management focused on relationship building and growth
- Delivery of personal turnover/margin targets
- Working alongside internal commercial and sales support teams
- Support contract/tender negotiation
- Monitoring current and predicting upcoming market trends within the markets
- Analysis of competitor activity
- Preparing forecasts and KPI reporting for senior management

Requirements:
- A proven track record of driving sales and contributing to company growth
- Strong understanding of working alongside manufacturing
- Good understanding of different routes to market including merchants, contractors, specification, and new build
- Ability to work proactively with account portfolio and plan visits
- Strive to deliver on revenue and margin targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal commercial and sales support teams to align on and develop sales strategy
- Report on pipelines, portfolio status/revenues, and identify risks and opportunities with action plans to support
- Regularly travel across the North of England, with occasional overnight stays required
