Aftersales Department Head

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing aftersales team in a prestige Main Dealer setting. As the Aftersales Department Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing team performance across the service side of the business, working towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing financial aspects of the role.

The successful candidate will have experience in running an aftersales department, a proven track record of supporting and mentoring team members, and the ability to oversee parts and service department duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business.
  • Work to KPIs in relation to the department and budgets.
  • Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Basic salary £60,000.
  • Generous bonus scheme - OTE £80,000.
  • Standard motor trade hours.
