Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Student Support Specialist to join our ALS Team within Student Support Services. The successful candidate will provide individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) in English, maths, language and study skills.

About the Role:
This role involves providing high quality teaching and learning in small group and 1:1 settings to identified SEND students across college. You will be responsible for managing a caseload and meeting statutory deadlines. A Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy is required, as well as a Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one within the first year.
