Mobile Plant Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team at Verus Recruitment. As a key member of our Mobile Plant Maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for a diverse range of mobile plants and equipment across Rotherham and Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MOT preparation, annual servicing, and breakdown repairs on-site vans.
- Maintain and repair HGVs, trailers, mobile cranes, forklifts, and specialized heavy industrial vehicles used in the steelmaking industry.
- Offer mechanical and basic electrical maintenance services, including fault-finding on mobile plant equipment.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of safe working procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). You should also have a methodical approach to work, excellent fault-finding abilities, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. A full, valid UK driving license is essential.
