Postdoctoral Position in Psychosis Research

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Francis Crick Institute. The successful candidate will work on a project investigating the biological mechanisms underlying psychosis-like experiences, with a focus on the interplay between neuronal dynamics and immune processes in a psychosis mouse model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and conduct experiments to investigate the relationship between neuronal activity and immune responses in psychosis
  • Develop and apply computational models to analyze behavioral and physiological data
  • Collaborate with other researchers to integrate findings and develop new research directions
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals and publications
Requirements:
  • PhD in systems neuroscience or a related field
  • Advanced programming and data analysis skills, with experience in computational psychiatry
  • Proven track record of writing scientific papers and contributing to a productive research environment
