As a Care Support Worker, you'll provide one-to-one support, work with classes, and make a meaningful impact on students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing sensory awareness and enhancing motor skills
  • Providing individualised care as per care plans
  • Teaching vocabulary and fostering speech and language development
  • Facilitating creative lessons such as art, cooking, music, and dance
  • Supporting social and cognitive growth in students

Key details:

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
  • Contract: Secure a year-long contract with potential for extension
  • One-to-one support: Provide personalised support for students with diverse needs
  • Collaborative teamwork: Work alongside dedicated teachers and staff
  • Residential opportunities: Option to work in the school's residential centre for a more immersive experience
