- Special Projects: Manage and oversee other special projects, as assigned. Ensure that all special projects align with the company's strategic goals and are executed efficiently.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of the project.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all engineering processes and designs adhere to industry standards and regulations. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability and safety of the plant.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in mechanical or chemical Engineering. Chartered Engineer preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with fusion energy or similar large-scale energy projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with digital design tools and software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
