Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Contract Manager to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing warehouse contracts and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse contracts, monitoring and contractual targets, and implementing PDCA in case of deviations, including claims management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers for warehouse-related topics.
  • Ensure synergy between warehouse and transport operations.
  • Manage the AAXAA process with warehouse providers, including year-end activities.
  • Coordinate annual stock-takes within the warehouse.
  • Support activities within the Lean Maturity program.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of purchase orders and supplier invoicing processes.
  • Manage warehouse costs to ensure they are accurate and report accordingly.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure up-to-date forecasts and planning.
  • Ensure robust planning for peak trading periods, capacities, and resources.
  • Support WMS system (BOWAS) topics as required.
  • Participate in tender processes.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives from inception to execution.
Requirements
  • A-level standard, equivalent, or applicable experience.
  • Understanding of logistics supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Process-oriented.
  • An organized, collaborative, and resilient individual who can deliver in a time-sensitive environment.
  • An enthusiastic individual in resolving problems and identifying business improvements and being tenacious in their realization.
  • Results-focused and future-oriented, with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes in the working environment.
