Administrative Coordinator

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and contracts team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Duties will involve:
- Raising production documents
- Keeping project records up-to-date
- Communicating with clients regarding missing information or queries
- Preparing certificates and customer documentation
- Maintaining databases
- Managing files and ensuring they are well-organised
- Responding to customer phone calls
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective written communication skills
- Proficient in IT systems
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
Working Conditions and Benefits
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.30. We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £25,000 per annum, plus 23 days holiday (increasing with service), life insurance, private health, and free parking.
