Job Title: MRP Packaging Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MRP Packaging Planner to join our team at BBF Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing packaging stock levels, ensuring smooth production operations, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage packaging stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
  2. Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries.
  3. Monitor delivery status and resolve any delivery issues.
  4. Coordinate with the warehouse to manage incoming deliveries and address non-deliveries.
  5. Generate and distribute weekly/monthly forecast reports internally and externally.
  6. Collaborate with suppliers to produce and update weekly stock sheets, agree on print runs, and place necessary orders within contracts.
  7. Update print run trackers and manage packaging launches, addressing order and delivery issues in advance.
  8. Monitor delisted materials to reduce waste and challenge sales forecasts to minimise liability.
  9. Review and update packaging artwork trackers and Horizon spreadsheets.
  10. Produce and monitor supplier service reports.
  11. Maintain the ERP system, resolving BOM/SKU errors and improving the MRP process and system.
  12. Coordinate with BBF 3PL warehouse providers to ensure accurate stock booking and communication for deliveries.
  13. Provide backup support for the raw material MRP controller.
