We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Pakefield Holiday Park in Lowestoft. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective business plans to maximise bar and food sales.
  • Recruit, train and manage the performance of your team, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
  • Control stocks, money and company equipment, maintaining optimum profitability.
  • Coordinate stock ordering from approved suppliers, achieving maximum stock rotations.
  • Enhance sales through product marketing and display.
  • Manage the cellar to ensure quality products, cleanliness and safe storage.
  • Ensure comprehensive product knowledge among team members.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for resources within your area of responsibility.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with good decision-making skills.
  • Professional and outgoing personality.
  • Good IT skills, including Excel, Word and Email.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and flexibility.
