Strategic Growth Marketing Lead

Signature Career Management is partnering with a rapidly growing FMCG business to find an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who can drive strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies, with a strong focus on ROI.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and implementing strategies to deliver strong ROI, managing Amazon, retail dotcom, paid media, D2C, and the US market.
The role requires a self-starter who is driven, hungry to grow, and passionate about sustainability and doing right for consumer and planet.
The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, clear examples of implementing a strategy, executing, and delivering tangible results.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make their mark in a wonderful SME and growing business who are making a significant impact in their market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the budget
- Set and implement strategies to deliver strong ROI
- Manage Amazon, retail dotcom, paid media, D2C, and the US market
- A/B testing to dictate future strategy
Requirements:
- Experienced in a performance marketing role
- Clear examples of implementing a strategy, executing, and delivering tangible results
