Academic Mentorship Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Academic Mentor. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with children of different ages and abilities in various schools, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your role will involve supporting children with learning and behaviour, de-escalating situations, and reporting safeguarding concerns.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to children in schools
- Work collaboratively with class teachers to develop engaging lesson plans
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Estimated Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- No formal qualifications or experience required
