Plastic Molding Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art injection moulding machinery and contribute to the production of high-quality plastic components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate injection moulding machines for efficient production runs.
  • Monitor and optimise the injection moulding process to ensure consistent quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery during production.
  • Perform regular maintenance on injection moulding machines to avoid downtime.
  • Ensure all products meet stringent quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with the production and quality teams to continuously improve the moulding process.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as a plastic molding specialist.
  • Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machinery.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve production efficiency.
  • Knowledge of different plastic materials and common moulding defects.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
  • Willingness to work shifts if necessary.
