About the Role:This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern. The successful candidate will be required to cover a range of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the Orthopaedic Scrub department
- Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in a theatre setting, with a focus on Scrub and Orthopaedics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
