A patient-focused group of independent opticians is seeking a part-time optometrist to join their well-established practice in Tunbridge Wells.
As an optometrist, you will provide patients with a personalized experience, utilizing advanced equipment to deliver thorough sight tests.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with a high level of clinical freedom, and make decisions on patient care and lens/contact lens dispensing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide thorough sight tests to patients, utilizing advanced equipment such as Optomap, OCT, Tonometer, and digital slitlamp
- Work alongside an experienced dispensing optician to provide high-quality patient care
- Manage patient appointments and make decisions on lens/contact lens dispensing
- Participate in continuous training and development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Fully qualified optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on patient care
- Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills and knowledge
- Focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
