**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer from a design background to join our client’s newly formed team, dedicated to transforming energy solutions for major public sector buildings.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Assist in the development of junior members of staff
- Conduct site visits and liaise with internal contracting teams
- Work proactively to enhance own skill set and continued professional development
- Manage internal resources
