Pool Lifeguard Supervisor

Key Responsibilities- Supervise lifeguards and pool users to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
- Oversee the operations of the swimming facility, including pool maintenance and cleaning
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries promptly
- Work collaboratively with the lifeguard team to maintain high standards of safety and customer service
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential
- Full training will be provided if you do not possess a Pool Plant Operations License
- Previous supervisor experience would be an advantage
- Competent swimming skills and safety consciousness are required
