About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Clarity Recruiting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and sales opportunities, while ensuring high levels of service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property viewings with our clients, cross-selling multiple properties in the process
  • Manage client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process
  • Negotiate offers and close sales transactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments
Requirements
  • Excellent people skills and ability to adapt to every environment
  • Excellent organisation and computer skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Estate Agency
  • Clean driving license

  • OTE £40k+ per annum
