We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Commercial Project Coordinator. This role offers a chance to work on high-end projects in Manchester.

Job Summary

  • Manage commercial aspects of 2-3 projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct site visits for cost management, including measures, variations, and meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Procure and manage contracts, produce Cost Value Reports (CVRs), and reconcile invoices.
  • Prepare and submit final accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Company Benefits

  • Estimated salary range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
  • Company car or car allowance.
  • 32 days paid holiday including bank holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Sector: Construction main contractor or fit-out experience.
  • Degree-level qualification is advantageous.
  • Strong IT and numerical proficiency.
  • Valid UK driving license.
