Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide complex clinical care to a female client in the Middlesbrough area.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have interpersonal skills, be compassionate, resilient, and keen to make a real difference in someone's life.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with all personal cares
- Support with all daily activities
- Assistance with all moving & handling needs
- Medication administration
- Monitoring of health & well-being daily
- Clinical tasks following care plan & protocols
- Documentation
The client actively visits a day centre most weekdays, requiring staff to support her needs when attending. Activities in the home are required to support the client's health & well-being each day following a structured plan in place.
RequirementsEnhanced DBS checks & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client. Training will be delivered face-to-face by the Clinical Nurse Manager for that area.
