About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify pest infestations or potential risks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Travelling to customer sites, including within the healthcare and education sectors, to conduct inspections and apply pest control methods.
  • Maintaining detailed digital records of all activities, including the type and amount of pesticides used.
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times, acting as a brand ambassador for the business.
Requirements
  • Holding a BCPA/RSPH qualification in Pest Management to Level 2 as a minimum.
  • Having some working experience as a Pest Control Technician.
  • Either holding a DBS check on the update service or being able to apply for one.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional bonuses for new business acquired and regular overtime. A fully expensed van, tools, and expenses will also be provided.
