About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity professional to lead our penetration testing team. As a key member of our Security Practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality penetration testing engagements and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and deliver CREST-accredited penetration testing engagements with excellent reporting and communication skills.
  • Document test plans, execution plans, and use cases while conducting security research and creating technical content.
  • Provide expert-level support for Security Monitoring (blue team) and ensure tests are adequately detected and responded to.
  • Manage client's annual penetration testing schedule, including prioritization, detailed planning, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to enhance security protocols and remediate findings.

About You

  • You have professional penetration testing experience covering one or more domains: OT, networks, APIs, web application, Cloud, red teaming, and social engineering.
  • You hold at least an OSCP, CREST CRT, or equivalent certification, and possess SC Clearance or the ability to obtain it.
  • You have strong understanding of both OT & IT asset profiles, technology, and security best practice principles.
  • You are proficient in penetration testing tools and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
