About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Tesco team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and that the store is well-stocked.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by promoting products and services to customers, and by identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
