We are seeking a Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Gloucester. As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist, you will provide clinical assessments for registered patients via telephone, virtual, and face-to-face consultations. You will work closely with the wider HHC/SAS team to develop unique services, building close links and relationships with secondary care and GP service colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical assessments for registered patients
  • Work closely with the HHC/SAS team to develop unique services
  • Build close links and relationships with secondary care and GP service colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with mandatory training, appraisal, immunisations, and DBS update service

Requirements:

  • Experience of community-based healthcare
