Job Description:

We are seeking a talented KS2 Teacher to join our team at Kent Teaching Solutions. As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

  • To teach National Curriculum subjects to KS2 students, using innovative approaches to promote academic achievement and personal growth.\
  • To develop and maintain a well-organised and productive classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and respect among students.\
  • To assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions to support individual learning goals.\
  • To collaborate with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and implementation, ensuring a coherent and challenging learning experience for students.\
  • To communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.\

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, preferably within a KS2 setting.\
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.\
  • A passion for education and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of every child.\
  • An ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs.\

Salary: The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
