About the Role
We are seeking an experienced VRS registered RICS Surveyor to join our team in East & North Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the residential surveying industry.

About the Ideal Candidate
- Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification
- Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible
- Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold and HMO is preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking lender and private valuation work and L2 surveys
- Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology
- Strong risk awareness of a regulatory environment
