Job Summary: We seek a skilled Technologist in Care Support Services to join our team. This role plays a vital part in advancing our care delivery through innovative technology solutions. You will oversee the development and support of critical systems such as Sona Time-Management and a new Care Planning system, collaborating closely with our Care & Support staff to guarantee these tools are efficient and easy to use.

Estimated Salary Range: £48,000 - £58,000 per year.

Key Tasks:
  • Develop and maintain digital tools, including Sona Time-Management and Care Planning systems.
  • Collaborate with Care & Support teams to design and implement training initiatives to improve staff digital proficiency.
  • Be the main contact for system-related inquiries and issues.
