Bristol Rebranding Specialist

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Rebranding Specialist to join their client's team in Bristol. As part of the company's rebranding process, this individual will be responsible for leading the transformation of IT systems, internal communications, and facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, be able to foster collaborative relationships, and have experience managing complex programmes in challenging environments. This is a contract role inside IR35 on an initial 6-month contract.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the rebranding process, ensuring a seamless transition of IT systems, internal comms, and facilities.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including website developers, IT teams, copywriters, and brand agencies.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive rebranding strategy.
  • Organize a high-profile launch event with key stakeholders from government, industry, and academia.
  • Monitor and address any company-wide changes.
  • Coordinate brand implementation across internal and external platforms.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and External Communications.
  • Partner with the HR team to create an internal communications plan.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project management within the engineering sector (ideally aerospace).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across different disciplines.
  • Track record of successfully delivering rebranding and/or website projects.
  • In-depth understanding of the innovation landscape, including stakeholders and funding mechanisms.

Estimated Salary: £75,600 per annum (£72-£83 per hour Umbrella negotiable)
