Veterinary Nurse Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Vets for Pets. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the full nursing rota, including consulting, anaesthetics, managing recovery, inpatient care, stock control, and general housekeeping.
- Work closely with our experienced vets and client care team to provide an excellent service to clients and the highest standards of patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and a positive practice atmosphere.
- Competitive salary between £25,000 and £28,000 depending on experience and length of qualification.

You will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and experienced team, led by certificate holder Eric, who offers specialist services including complex orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, BOAS management & surgery, laparoscopy, emergency medicine, ultrasound, dental x-ray, laser therapy, and complex dental surgeries.
We value work-life balance and offer a 40-hour week over 5 days, with some flexibility required when necessary. This includes 1:4 Saturday mornings, no out-of-hours work, and no Sundays.
