MIG Welder Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team at The Recruitment Co. for a large waste management company based in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out welding and cutting operations to repair, maintain and fabricate equipment and machinery.
  • Must hold valid coded welding licences or be a time-served welder.
  • Subject to a weld-test on interview to assess skill set.

Working Conditions:

  • Working 8am-8:30pm, 5 days a week.
  • Days off: Sunday and one day off in the week.

What We Offer:

  • Minimum starting salary: £13.50 per hour.
  • Umbrella rate: £16.50 per hour.
  • Long-term work leading to permanent position for the right candidate.
