Procurement Director

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join a global organisation in Cardiff. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for driving business development and working across multiple projects from planning stages through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Manage contracts, supplier risk assessments, and improve supplier relationships to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.
- Lead a team of procurement specialists to achieve business objectives and mentor them to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the public or private sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
