Learner Engagement Specialist

About the Job
We are looking for a Learner Engagement Specialist to join our team at South Staffordshire College. As a Learner Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting learners who require additional support to achieve their career and learning goals.
You will work closely with our teachers to develop and deliver inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners. Your expertise will help us to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that enables everyone to succeed.
About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in an education setting supporting people with specific learning differences and/or disabilities
- A strong understanding of the needs of learners with additional support needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
- A generous holiday scheme
- An additional 5 days at Christmas
- 2 'ME' days (where you can have a day off work and do whatever makes you happy)
- Paid time off for emergencies
- All our policies are enhanced further than statutory requirements
- The College contributes to your pension at a minimum of 22.9%
