We are a boutique legal costs consultancy, Whittakers Legal Costs, offering high-value work on behalf of top-tier clients. As a Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson, you will be responsible for drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, Replies, and Costs Budgets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drafting and preparing complex costs documents, including Bills of Costs and Points of Dispute;
- Providing expert advice on costs issues to clients;
- Negotiating costs settlements with opposing parties;
- Collaborating with solicitors and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality costs services;
- Staying up-to-date with changes in costs law and procedure to ensure compliance and best practice.
