Role Overview

At SF Recruitment (Birmingham) Careers, we are looking for a skilled Senior Credit Controller to manage our ledgers and ensure prompt payment from customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive credit control, resolving customer queries before due dates
  • Daily bank reconciliation and cash allocation to minimize losses
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, including credit checks and reviews
  • Setting up new accounts and credit vetting them
  • Liaising with internal departments to maintain high customer service standards
