About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team as Head of Department. As a key member of our Employment team, you will be responsible for leading a team of solicitors and providing expert legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead the Employment team and foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
    • Develop and supervise the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Client Service
    • Provide expert legal advice to clients, including handling settlement agreements.
    • Manage files autonomously while maintaining a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Business Development
    • Focus on obtaining commercial solutions for clients and contributing to the growth of the practice.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years PQE.
  • Strong experience representing both respondents and claimants.
  • Proven track record in autonomously managing files.
  • Previous supervision/management experience is essential.
  • Dynamic, detail-oriented, and ambitious for career progression.
